We had an exceptional evening here. The Kobe beef was premium quality, incredibly tender and full of flavor, easily one of the best cuts I've had in my life. The service throughout the meal was impeccable, attentive without ever being intrusive. A special mention goes to the chef, Roland, who was affable, clearly highly skilled, and impressively discreet, the kind of quiet professionalism that makes a meal feel effortless. To top it off, we were treated to a complimentary matcha ice cream, a lovely finishing touch to an already wonderful dinner. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience.
